★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agradezco la atención del personal en especial de la subgerente Jessica Armendariz, ya que ella pudo ayudarnos.
SI COMPRAN EN APLICACIONES REVISEN SU PRODUCTO ANTES DE RECIBIRLO.
Los de DIDI FOOD quedaron MAL con el pedido ya que solicitamos varios productos y 6 k tiras, ya que se nos las cobraron pero no no las entregaron. Nos dio desconfianza ya que vinieron 2 personas en una motocicleta con la maleta de Didi food a entregarnolos, pero al hacer la aclaración en Didi del porque no llego completo el pedido nisiquiera nos reembolsaron lo de las k tiras.
La verdad nunca había visto que una gerente apoyara a las personas que como nosotros confiamos en los repartidores y llega a pasar que entregan incompleto los pedidos y dan mala fama a la aplicación.
De verdad le agradezco a la subgerente por la atención, por explicarnos y resolver un poco de nuestro inconveniente.

The truth is that I had never seen a manager support people who, like us, trust the delivery men and it happens that they deliver incomplete orders and give the application a bad name.
I really thank the deputy manager for her attention, for explaining to us and solving a bit of our inconvenience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos un paquete de 18 piezas con 2 purés, una ensalada familiar y 4 bisckets por 455 pesos.
Pero mi decepción fue que hecharon 9 alas demasiado pequeñas, cómo de el tamaño de una ala de paloma, al momento de pedirles de favor que revisaran la orden porque nos habían puesto muchas alas, llamaron a la encargada de turno y aún ni le explicaba cuál era la situación, al llegar de inmediato me dijo " Señor así son las órdenes y no le puedo cambiar nada " pero revisa viene muchas alas, le comenté. Y no cambió nada.
También al momento de pedir la orden les hice saber que éramos 10 personas y que si nos podían dar platos y servilletas para todos y su respuesta fue: "aquí solo damos 3 platos y tres servilletas"
Válgame por Dios.
Es el cumpleaños de mi hija y decidimos celebran con ellos comiendo allí pero ni modo las frustraciones y sorpresas suelen pasar

Mal servicio Sobre todo estás trabajadoras que se la pasan platicando y todavía se molestan porque les pides complementos que no te dieron, hasta cuándo van a cambiar a los que trabajan en esta sucursal, digo porque ni es la 1 vez que ocurre y veo muy malos comentarios, pareciera que estaba peleando a lo lejos con niños de primaria, se burlan al pedirles los complementos porque no te dan, ESPERO Y YA CAMBIEN A SUS PESIMOS TRABAJADORES!!! Por cierto la fila era enorme y todos terminaron pidiendo en los siguientes lugares porque a las 7 pm ya no tenían nada según ellos!.

En general los alimentos están bien, solo que la última vez no nos proporcionaron platos y en la bolsa donde venían nuestros condimentos una bolsita de mermelada de fresa estaba abierta y todo se ensució.
De ahí en fuera todo bien. Las piezas parecen tener un tamaño regular.
