Hôtel avec piscine à débordement sur la lagune, plage privé, ponton avec espace repos sur pilotis. Canoë à disposition. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour Je recommande +++ Extremely friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Very good restaurant. Beautiful, contemporary and new hotel. Spacious and modern room. Hotel with infinity pool on the lagoon, private beach, pontoon with rest area on stilts. Canoe available. We had a great time I recommend +++

The room was spacious and recently built with no expenses spared - amazing bed and linens. Staff team was super friendly and communicative, Antonio helped organize a great boat trip on the lake. You can also rent a jet ski and kayaks there. Thanks for the hospitality.

The rooms are modern and well equipped, good wifi, decent restaurant and most importantly amazing views. The staff went above abs beyond to help us celebrate a special occasion, would love to return
n	nelleke verkaart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful hotel. The rooms are spectacular and the view on the lake is simply stunning. If you visit make sure to have a car, as it’s 10 min in to town where all the nice restaurants are.

This hotel is an idyllic spot far from the crowd but 10 mins drive from restaurants and bars in Bacalar. We stayed there 4 nights and it was magical to wake up with the sun rising on the laguna. The service is fantastic, the staff will go above and beyond to assist you, really lovely people. The food is delicious and if you ask nicely, they’ll give you a choice of vegan dishes not on the menu.

The rooms were (thankfully) minimally decorated and also gigantic, all with out-of-this-world views of the lagoon. Not only was everything beautiful but the staff was so incredibly kind and helpful the entire stay. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a slice of paradise in Bacalar!
