★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cada vez que vamos a este concesionario tenemos problemas con el área de servicio , siempre dejan el carro con problemas y se han esmerado en hacernos y darnos el peor servicio posible ,me encantaría poderme contactar con el dueño de la consecionaria para explicar mi caso de manera personal ya que todos sus empleados me dan vueltas y vueltas de lo contrario tendré que escalarlo con KIA MEXICO directamente

En el momento en el que llegas el carisma y amabilidad con la que te recibe al personal te hace sentir apreciado, inmediatamente te empiezan atender y en cuanto terminas te ofrecen tomar alguna de las bebidas que tienen como cortesías al igual que galletas, palomitas o frituras. En general estuvo bien, recibí mi auto en tiempo y forma, se me detallo de manera correcta los cambios que le hicieron así como consejos para el cuidado. Lo único que creo que se podría manejar es la cuestión de precios pero creo que es algo que no depende de una sucursal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actualización 30/05/22 Ya ni la atención es buena, no se si sea correcto tener un horario de 8:00am para iniciar labores y que los empleados lleguen 8:15, 8:25, 8:30...
Si con esta actividad que depende al 100% de uno mismo no lo hacen cabalmente, que se puede esperar de las demás actividades, con razón su calidad postventa va en caída libre...
Sus servicios de mantenimiento deja mucho que desear solo malas experiencias, no te lo balancean cuando te lo cobran, que no te cambian el filtro de aire... Lamentablemente para ellos hoy quise revisar TODO, lastima muy linda la forma de hablar pero sus trabajos de mantenimiento son una tentativa de FRAUDE!!!
