Lo único que no es bueno es el servicio a cliente, sobre todo en el área de servicio automotriz, tienes que estar atrás de ellos casi como pidiendo un favor para que te atiendan y si tienes alguna reparación a tu vehículo y necesitas una pieza olvídate tienes que recordárselo cada semana para que se agilice el tramite. Últimamente han mejorado pero aun asi tienen un largo camino por recorrer en lo que a servicio se refiere. Y por eso a pesar de que el auto es muy bonito y tiene lo ultimo en tecnología, optaré por comprar mi próximo coche en otra agencia. Después de 5 años puedo decir que el servicio es malo, casi casi parece que les pides el favor de cualquier cosa que le hagan a tu vehículo y aparte de todo al finalizar los 5 años de garantía de tu vehículo todo empieza a fallar, pareciera que tienen obsolescencia programada. Un error grave es el área de lavado de los vehículos ya que a los tapetes no se les coloca un abrillantador eso genera inseguridad al manejar ya que el calzado se vuelve resbalozo y algo le aplicaron al vehículo, desconozco ¿qué o para qué? Pero al momento de ir en carretera se empezó a empañar de una manera terrible lo que puede originar un accidente. Los comentarios son para que mejoren y puedan tener no 4 sino hasta 5 estrellas.
