★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malísima experiencia comprando en esta agencia, jamás vuelvo a comprarles un vehículo, primero me engañaron con un año de seguro el cual jamás existió y después no me hicieron válida la garantía por falla en la cerradura de la cajuela que porque no hice todos mis servicios en agencia siendo que eso no tiene nada que ver con el problema y que todos los Kia Rio y Forte tienen o van a tener problema con la cerradura de la cajuela por su pésima calidad porque a alguien se le ocurrió hacerlo de plástico chafa para que se quebre a los pocos años y se tenga que cambiar a cada rato. Si tú tienes un Kia Rio o Forte vas a batallar con este problema pero la marca no se quiere hacer responsable.
 Very bad experience buying in this agency, I never buy a vehicle from them again, first they cheated me with a year of insurance which never existed and then they did not make me valid the guarantee due to failure in the trunk lock because I did not do all my services in agency being that this has nothing to do with the problem and that all Kia Rio and Forte have or will have a problem with the trunk lock due to its poor quality because someone had the idea of making it out of crappy plastic so that it breaks after a few years and has to be changed every so often. If you have a Kia Rio or Forte you are going to struggle with this problem but the brand does not want to be held responsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una agencia muy amplia, cuenta con muy buena distribución y se encuentra limpia. El personal es muy atento y agradable. La única parte que me parece criticable es el hecho de que invaden el espacio de banqueta para estacionamiento y exhibición de vehículos, eso pone en riesgo a los peatones.
It is a very large agency, has a very good distribution and is clean. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. The only part that I find objectionable is the fact that they invade the curb space for parking and vehicle display, that puts pedestrians at risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio digamos , la atención del asesor , fue buena, excepto por su pésima estrategia comercial que según Kia ordenó, de quererte vender a fuerza accesorios para tu auto , resulta que por la escasez dicen que tienen que cargarte la venta de más cosas para compensar , lo peor que esta práctica la hacen en esta y la agencia de poliforum pesimooo !!!, sin embargo les agradezco porque al final compré un auto de otra marca en otra agencia que no te obliga a nada y te vende lo que necesitas y con excelente atención, increíble que por querer obligarte a gastar unos Miles pierdan la venta de cientos, por la venta de auto ..no compren marca Kia!!!
