No cabe duda que es un truco para obtener más ventas, enteramente desepcionado por la marca por atención y servicio de igual manera por la calidad de los vehículos y refacciones no es posible que después de 5 ingresos por el mismo detalle no den con la falla de mi auto. Tengo 1 semana esperando validación de la factura de mi carro y Pamela Frías no se digna a responder un correo.... que le vamos a hacer si es parte de su política de calidad el brindar un servicio fatal ya que el mismo gerente de servicios (desconozco su nombre) me dejo esperando casi 40 min para que el asesor del servicio me pudiera devolver mi carro, quien también tardo casi dos semanas para entregarme la factura del servicio y es que él encargado de sistemas estuvo sumamente ocupado por casi dos semanas hasta que por fin se dignaron a entregarla.

Cero recomendable, no vayan a esta agencia.
