PD contraten más personal o sean más puntuales con las entregas. V	Victor Santoyo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo el área de servicio, quedan a una hora y te tardan 40 min mas o hasta una hora, solo esta un tecnico para todos los autos, siempre que quieres hacer valida la garantía siempre buscan excusas para no hacerla valida, me falla el aire acondicionado a una Sportage y solo dan excusas. Jamas volvería a comprar un auto de esta marca, primera y ultima vez. Terrible the service area, they are an hour and it takes you 40 min more or up to an hour, there is only one technician for all cars, whenever you want to validate the guarantee they always look for excuses not to validate it, the air conditioning fails to a Sportage and they only give excuses. I would never buy a car of this brand again, first and last time.

G	Guillermo Jiménez Rojas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es pésimo, en el 5o servicio reporté la revisión de los chorritos del parabrisas y no lo hicieron, lo acabo de llevar al 6o servicio y les recordé el tema de los chorritos y me cobraron 650 pesos de mano de obra porque tenían una basurita y la manguerita floja. Les pedí que lo manejaran como garantía por defecto de fabricación (manguera mal puesta) y tuve que pagar. Llevé la camioneta a las 8:30, me dijeron que me llamarían en hora y media y me llamaron hasta las 6 pm de un sábado. The service is terrible, in the 5th service I reported the revision of the windshield jets and they did not do it, I just took it to the 6th service and I reminded them of the issue of the jets and they charged me 650 pesos of labor because they had a garbage and the loose hose. No lo digo por 1 experiencia, llevo ya 5 años llendo a la agencia , a los servicios y siempre quedan mal, yo voy de fuera y llego temprano y me dicen a una hora y termina siento hasta 5 horas más o incluso hasta el día siguiente ! Además de que mi choche salió defectuoso de todo! Ahorita llevo esperando una garantía de hace más de 6 meses y me dan largas ! Se contradice el personal, la verdad estoy muy molesto eh inconforme! Pagar nuevamente el servicio del coche sin usarlo ! Por qué no lo puedo usar así con ese pieza que supuestamente está en garantía ! Primera y última Vez que compro un coche ahí, al menos esa agencia deja mucho que desear ! Muy mal servicio! Terrible service !
