E	EERM9486 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ compre una seltos en el mes de abril ha ingresado más de 4 veces a taller para hacer valida la garantia de las cuales ninguna falla ha sido solucionada, problema con las llaves, ruido con los seguros, el vidrio del lado derecho sube un poco chueco y se esfuerza al subir (dicen que es normal) ruido en la puerta derecha trasera y en ninguna visita han podido solucionar algún problema, siempre me dicen que me van a marcar por teléfono cuando este lista la unidad y pueda pasar a recogerla pero nunca lo hacen, tengo yo que acudir directamente ala agencia para saber que ya esta lista mi camioneta. La última visita disque cambiarían el amortiguador y el burlarte trasero derecho marque las piezas por que ya dudaba de su trabajo y me indicaron que si cambiaron las piezas y se los volvía preguntar y me dijeron que si cambiaron las piezas y les demostré lo contrario enseñándoles las marcas que puse antes de dejarles la unidad. por lo cual me retiro de la agencia y solo me piden disculpa que hubo una equivocación en el trabajo y que me van a dar un encerado y pulido de cortesía. que seguridad tengo como consumidor que los servicios de 10000km o 6 meses si los realizan correctamente? si en garantía no hacen bien su trabajo que será en un servicio de afinación!!! no saben que tiene mi unidad y solo me hacen perder tiempo y me generan gastos!!! viajo desde muy lejos y solo para recibir mala atención y negligencia por parte de su servicio de posventa, es la calidad de servicio que ofrece esta agencia? Engañando a sus clientes con falsas reparaciones.... Y que no te dejen comprar una por qué pierdes totalmente tu garantía, aparte que no te prestan vehículo según por los protocolos de la agencia y pandemia no lo permite.... y para rematar te dicen que pongas tu queja en Kia México según para agilizar y el número no funciona ???
