★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay pruebas de manejo, a pesar de eso me decidí por un Forte GT, di el apartado y espere un par de meses, no hubo seguimiento por el vendedor.
Adquirí un auto de otra marca, y comenzó el vía crucis para que me regresen el adelanto. Hace unes lo solicite y no hay comunicación del vendedor. Tuve que presentarme a la agencia y supuestamente el cheque salio mal.
Me dijo que regresara en una semana a la misma hora. Regreso como se acordó y que ko esta la gente de contabilidad y que hay un desorden en contabilidad. Es el pretexto del del vendedor.
No compren kia son pésimas las agencias y el trato. Me alegra no haber comprado problema.

I bought a car from another brand, and the ordeal began for them to return the advance. I requested it a few years ago and there is no communication from the seller. I had to go to the agency and supposedly the check went wrong.
He told me to come back in a week at the same time. I return as agreed and that the accounting people are down and that there is a mess in accounting. It is the pretext of the seller.
Do not buy Kia, the agencies and the treatment are terrible. I'm glad I bought no problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las personas que atienden ahí son muy corteses aparentemente son unidos y se protegen, pero desafortunadamente uno no paga los miles de pesos que cuestan los servicios de mantenimiento para que nos caigan bien si no para que nuestros autos funcionen adecuadamente y desde principios de enero mi carro no queda, truena algo al girar el volante en reversa y menos veces hacia adelante cuando uno se estaciona ya saben hasta el tope y el sonido se lo quitan unos días y vuelve a sonar hoy es 6 de mayo 2022 y lo volví a meter me lo quitaron dos dias y asi me l voy llevando, en alguna ocasión hasta me llego el día del servicio y pues de una vez se quedo para que lo volvieran a checar y su mantenimiento. Hoy, ya estoy hasta la madre y no me quiero enojar pero hasta unos de los que mueven los autos que se la vive en el celular le pego a una camioneta con mi auto, le dije que se fijara y que si no lo aleja uno de los asesores, no se que habría pasado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cumplen tiempos de entrega. Te hacen qué les liquides el auto con mentiras.
Todo lo que te dicen es para hacer la venta segura y a la mera hora no te entregan tu carro.
No les recomiendo acudir a esta agencia.
Si van a comprar qué les enseñen el auto antes fisicamente. O que les pongan por escrito la fecha de entrega. Y negociar una penalización, si no cumplen.
They do not meet delivery times. They make you liquidate their car with lies.
Everything they tell you is to make the safe sale and at the mere hour they do not deliver your car.
I do not recommend going to this agency.
If they are going to buy what they show them the car before physically. Or that they put the delivery date in writing. And negotiate a penalty, if they do not comply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena como cualquier Agencia. El Vendedor que me tocó muy insistente, y te pide cosas en las que uno no quedó... así como: a que hora vienes a liquidar el Enganche. Si no apartas tu unidad con una cantidad, la pierdes. Quiero pensar que atiende tantos Clientes que no se acuerda en que quedó uno con él.
