NO quedé satisfecho con el servicio que me dieron. Hubo inconsistencias sobre lo que me dijeron los del taller de lo que hicieron vs lo que el agente Uriel Vázquez me dijo. De los detalles que tenia mi KIA, no resolvieron nada, me sigue marcando una llanta baja y según él en 5 kms se quitaba. Parecía que solo quería que ya me fuera y no traerle mas trabajo.
I was NOT satisfied with the service they gave me. There were inconsistencies about what the shopkeepers told me about what they did vs. what agent Uriel Vázquez told me. Pésima atención y pésimo servicio, me hicieron un servicio el cual quedó mal desde el principio, se tuvo que llevar en otras ocasiones y no se hacían responsables, no hacen valer las garantías con cualquier pretexto, sin dar explicaciones y yo creo que hasta quitan piezas y las cambian para que te vendan nuevamente las refacciones. Muy muy mal. De verdad no lo recomiendo en nada. Y kia México tampoco te soluciona nada, se ponen de acuerdo para darte largas y no resolver la queja.

Pésima atención. Acudo a pedir informes sobre una camioneta y a agendar una prueba de manejo y me comentan que no tienen autos demo para pruebas de manejo. Le comento al vendedor que como planea que compre una camioneta sin realizar una prueba de manejo a lo que me responde el vendedor que vea reseñas en internet.

Pésima atención del vendedor Daniel, me dijo que solo vendían los coches con autofinanciamiento que si lo quería de contado te dejan al último de la lista de espera dando prioridad a los de financiamiento. Dijo que no era negocio vender los autos de contado ?

DEFINITIVAMENTE NO SABEN LO QUE ES ATENDER AL CLIENTE, CAPACITACIÓN NULA A LOS VENDEDORES. EL 19 DE MARZO SE CUMPLEN 2 MESES DE HABER ENTREGADO EL APARTADO Y SI UNO NO PREGUNTA COMO VA LA ASIGNACIÓN DE VEHÍCULOS, EL VENDEDOR NO SE COMUNICA. UNO QUIERE CONTACTAR AL GERENTE DE VENTAS Y "CASUALMENTE", SIEMPRE ESTA EN JUNTA.

Pésimo servicio. Lleve la Camioneta de mi hijo a que la revisaran porque tenía una pieza colgando, me la Cotizaron me dieron un precio de 2800 pesos y cuando llegue a que se la Pusieran me salieron con que traía un golpe del q nunca me informaron. Y resulta que tengo que pagar ahora $8000 pesos. La atención, el servicio y el respeto al cliente es una palabra inexistente para ellos.
