Kia - 97115 Mérida

Their mechanics can't find out what is wrong with my niece's brand new car. They don't want to give her a replacement.

Good service but it takes forever!!!!

Kia Norte is the worst experience i have ever had with any business. Every time i take my vehicle in for a repair they break some other part of the car. And i am not exaggerating i do mean every time. They never have any parts that are required available so it requires a second appointment to come back for repairs they lie about how long it takes for parts to arrive from Kia Mexico they try and fix warranty items with improper items instead of fixing it right. I would definitely suggest to people go buy another brand of car or if you really want a kia go do business with the new Kia dealership on the west side of merida Kia Penisular. I dont know if they are better but there is no way they could be any worse. Someone needs to close them down or buy them and get new management in place and operate the dealership the way one should be operated. They clearly dont care about customer service.

We went to buy a new Kia Bruny Arthur met us immediately and easily showed us the vehicle we wanted, a 2021 SX. The car is most popular in Mexico so the one we went to see had been sold in hours. We saw another, this Turbo charged. Bruny compared the different models, we chose the one we wanted, Bruny ordered the car we wanted in colour we like, and we placed our order. Quick, professional. Showroom was bright, clean and organized. We are highly pleased so far We had been told we would get poor service, the car we wanted not available. None of this happened.

Went into the Kia dealership and was never greeted. My wife and I were there to purchase a car that day but literally waited around for 20 minutes while sales people and receptionist sat around and completely ignored us. Business must be good! Will not be goos for long!! We purchased a Toyota.

Bought a used car a year ago from them and it’s been in the shop 6 months out of the year I owned it, huge scam company, you go to a dealership to avoid these issues and they happen anyways, as usual this is Mexico for you.

DO NOT BUY USED CARS FROM THIS PLACE, SCAM AND HORRIBLE SERVICE, BOUGHT MY CAR HERE LAST YEAR AND THE CAR BROKE DOWN ITS FIRST WEEK THEN AGAIN IN A MONTH AND AGAIN AND AGAIN. TRASH SERVICE
