★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio de postventa , les compre dos fortes y me regalaron el primer servicio gratis, cuando les toco el servicio fui y el gerente me mando por un tubo, que ya no se podia decia y de pésimos modos, terminamos de mentada de madre y eso que me considero una persona tranquila, súper prepotente el tipo nefasto, compren en cualquier agencia menos aqui en serio, o terminaran haciendo muchos corajes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pocas unidades pero buen servicio, en su momento no había nadie al pendiente para atendernos, esperamos como 5 min a que alguien llegara, literal estaba vacío el lugar, nos interesó una unidad y como ya estaba vendida no nos ofrecieron ninguna otra opción

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para adquirir un Kia nuevo, o bien un seminuevo de las diferentes marcas, pasando por puntos de revisión antes de ponerlo a la venta. El ejecutivo que me atendio con gran experiencia en el ramo es Hugo Escobar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen excelentes vehículos y con la ventaja de que son certificados. El trato es muy profesional y atento (un pequeñisimo detalle de las instalaciones es que en todas nuestras visitas los baños estaban muy sucios).

Bad experience with after-sales service, they told me I had a guarantee but apparently I have to chase them and almost even beg for an appointment at the workshop, they don't even answer my messages.

Me vendieron un auto chocado 6 meses antes el cual ya investigando se le arreglaron y pintaron 8 piezas ademas de sustituirle 18 piezas nuevas . no mms PERO NADIE TE DICE QUIEN DIABLOS CERTIFICA Y CUALES SON ESOS 150 puntos. APESTAN KIA KONFIDENCE
Terrible experience, they deceived me with the supposed certification of 150 points. They sold me a crashed car 6 months before which, after investigating, they fixed and painted 8 pieces in addition to replacing 18 new pieces. no mms BUT NOBODY TELLS YOU WHO THE HELL CERTIFIES AND WHAT ARE THOSE 150 points. KIA KONFIDENCE SUCKS
