super mal atención en kia seminuevos, casi tuve que rogar para que me mostraran un auto de su lista de seminuevos, y nunca lo logre, me cancelaban las citas porque el carro estaba en el taller la vendedora nunca me ofrecio comenzar con tramite o fotos por dentro del vehiculo, o intencion de venta, ya que yo le solicite cotización y tuve que preguntar yo por todo y cuando quedamos de vernos me cancela de nuevo y mas tarde me dice que ya se vendió, cuando yo le escribía cada rato que lo quería ver sin importar el lugar o la hora que fuera.
super bad attention in pre-owned kia, I almost had to beg to be shown a car from their pre-owned list, and I never did, they canceled my appointments because the car was in the workshop the saleswoman never offered to start with the process or photos for inside the vehicle, or intention to sell, since I asked him for a quote and I had to ask for everything and when we arranged to see each other he canceled again and later told me that it was already sold, when I wrote to him every so often that I wanted it see no matter where or what time it was.

Me gustaría que mejorarán la atención al cliente cuando alguien se acerca en búsqueda de adquirir un vehículo. Es una experiencia excitante ir a ver autos cuando estás pensando en cambiar tu auto. Instalaciones limpias pero hay algo que falta y a ciencia cierta no sé qué es.
I would like them to improve customer service when someone approaches looking to purchase a vehicle. It is an exciting experience to go to see cars when you are thinking of changing your car. Clean facilities but there is something missing and I don't know for sure what it is.

Muy decepcionada lleve mi auto a mantenimiento y me avisan que traigo la tapa de embellecimiento del motor así la llamaron quebrada ? Lo que es falso completamente. Con pruebas demuestro que NO es así por las mismas fotos de inicio que sacan al recibirte el auto. Y obvio no he tenido ninguna situación para traer esa tapa Rota..... Exijo hablar con el gerente y me dice ya lo resolvimos... El técnico la rompió al abrirla ?... Ahora hay que esperar a que llegue para cambiarle la tapa son costo alguno ??? !!! Vaya !!!! Ustedes qué opinan ? Le cuente que ya no tengo crianza de volver a llevarlo al mantenimiento y aún me quedan varios años de garantía
Very disappointed I took my car to maintenance and they let me know that I'm bringing the engine trim cover that's what they called it broken ? Which is completely false. With evidence I show that it is NOT like that because of the same initial photos that they take when they receive the car. And obviously I have not had any situation to bring that Broken lid..... I demand to speak to the manager and he tells me we already solved it... The technician broke it when he opened it ?... Now we have to wait for it to arrive to change the lid at no cost ???!!! Wow !!!! What do you think ? I told him that I no longer have the courage to take it back to maintenance and I still have several years of warranty left.

El lugar es agradable. El personal que te recibe es amable, atentos. Hay agua y café. Wifi falla. Aquí es donde viene el pero; la razón de acudir es el servicio del auto, aquí en donde importan los detalles. En cada cita lavan tu auto( lavado de cortesía), pero siempre deja mucho que desear -es mi noveno servicio- ( partes sin limpiar, marcas del trapazo), pudiera pensar " es de coresía" sin embargo en 2 ocasiones he pagado por el lavado un poco más "detallado" que no recomiendo( por la mitad del costo queda mejor en cualquier autolavado) ya que es el mismo resultado- falla en los detalles-. En promedio esperas 2.5 hrs; al inico te informan que puntos van a checar de acuerdo al numero de servicio,así como servicos "extras" y su costo adicional (como lavado mas -detallado- lavado de motor,etc.) al final te llega al correo el informe donde agregan sugerencias o detalles en caso de encontrar alguno. Aquí solo queda "confiar" en que le hicieron o reviasaron tal cual viene detallado en el informe. La conclusión sería: - "más personal o menos autos"-. Los detalles son importantes para brindar un mejor servicio. Casualmente -no sé si a alguien más le ha pasado- encuentro detalles posterior a los servicios..la.primera vez faltaba un tornillo de la visera que cubre el sol. La siguiente en los botones para subir o bajar los vidrios del lado del conductor - -flojos- y siempre lo notaba dias despues del servicio así que no hice una reclamación. Esta vez una piez rota del apoya brazos, del cual me percaté al salir-minutos antes de mas 19hrs que cierra- mandé mensaje y foto al asesor y dijo ya no estar ahí,que lo comentaría y me llamaría ( eso fué hoy 14 mayo2022); esperaré que me dicen..
The place is nice. The staff that greets you is friendly, attentive. There is water and coffee. Wi-Fi fails. This is where the but comes in; the reason to go is the car service, here where the details matter. At each appointment they wash your car (courtesy wash), but it always leaves a lot to be desired -it's my ninth service- (parts not cleaned, marks from the trapazo), I could think "it's courtesy" however on 2 occasions I have paid for it wash a little more "detailed" that I do not recommend (for half the cost it looks better in any car wash) since it is the same result- it fails in the details-. On average you wait 2.5 hrs; At the beginning they inform you what points they are going to check according to the service number, as well as "extra" services and their additional cost (such as more -detailed washing- engine washing, etc.) at the end the report arrives in the mail where they add suggestions or details if you find any. Here it only remains to "trust" that they did or reviewed it as it is detailed in the report. The conclusion would be: - "more staff or less cars" -. Details are important to provide a better service. Coincidentally -I don't know if it has happened to anyone else- I find details after the services...the.first time a screw was missing from the visor that covers the sun. The next one was the buttons to raise or lower the windows on the driver's side - -loose- and I always noticed it days after the service so I didn't make a claim. This time a broken piece of the armrest, which I noticed when I left-minutes before more than 19 hours that it closed- I sent a message and photo to the advisor and he said he would no longer be there, that he would comment and call me (that was today May 14, 2022) ; I'll wait for them to tell me..
