★ ★ ★ ★ ★ más que una agencia que te resuelve y te da buen servicio parecen oficinas de gobierno, la señorita que valida los pagos se va a comer a las 3 y no regresa si no hasta las 5:30 en ese tiempo te tienes que esperar a que regresa para que te entreguen tu auto del servicio, y la atención de los asesores es nefasta, no vuelvo a meter el auto a servicio aquí, ojalá kia tome cartas en el asunto, aparte de que el sistema te da un costo y llegando aquí te cobran más caro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible atención con el agente de ventas Rigoberto Garcia. No hace bien su trabajo, no te explica nada del procedimiento de compra. En la cotización que me realizó me puso miles de cosas que jamas mencionó elevando el valor de la factura. Te pide inmediatamente tus documentos sin explicar nada. Además, hace comentarios como "¿por qué quieres el automático que no sabes manejar standar?". Ojo aquí KIA tienes pésimos trabajadores.
Terrible attention with the sales agent Rigoberto Garcia. He does not do his job well, he does not explain anything about the purchase procedure. In the quote that he made me, he put thousands of things that he never mentioned, raising the value of the invoice. He immediately asks for your documents without explaining anything. In addition, he makes comments like "why do you want the automatic that you don't know how to handle standard?". Be careful here KIA you have lousy workers.
