R	Roberto Tejada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi esposa llevó su camioneta a servicio (45 mil km) dijeron que costaba 3500 aprox justificando que le tocaba servicio al radiador y anticongelante. Y total se dejó a servicio, al regresar por el coche mi esposa notó que se lo entregaron sin anticongelante y se lo hizo notar al mecánico que hizo el mantenimiento, a lo que respondió rellenando el tanque y listo. Ok nos fuimos... A los pocos días llevamos la camioneta a un viaje a Cuernavaca, y a la mitad del camino en autopista comenzó a sonar la alarma de calentamiento del motor, así que nos paramos... Note que había un escurrimiento de anticongelante corriendo abajo de la camioneta, abrí el cofre y noté que la manguera debajo del radiador que conduce anticongelante estaba safada. Y la abrazadera que tenía que sujetarla simplemente estaba desplazada 20 CM sin sujetar nada... Tuvimos que pedir una grúa no pude lograr poner la abrazadera sin herramienta, por suerte no se quemó el motor pues nos paramos a tiempo La arreglaron en Kia Angelópolis que era la consesionaria más cercana pero morían de vergüenza de la negligencia de Kia malinche, al saltarse los protocolos del servicio sin ninguna razón o explicación, no recomiendo nada esa consesionaria para servicio My wife took her truck to service (45 thousand km), they said it cost 3500 approx, justifying that she had to service the radiator and antifreeze. And the clamp that had to hold it was simply offset 20CM without holding anything ... We had to ask for a crane, I couldn't manage to put the clamp on without a tool, luckily the engine didn't burn out because we stopped in time They fixed it in Kia Angelópolis, which was the closest dealership but they died of shame from the negligence of Kia Malinche, by skipping the service protocols without any reason or explanation, I do not recommend that dealership for service

Yo fui atendido por Diego Barba, quien en todo momento fue atento y muy amable. Resolvió mis dudas, respondió a todas mis preguntas y sin rodeos, fue claro y convincente.
