A	Arturo Farfán on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traje un auto para actualización de mapas y me dicen en la agencia que ellos no hacen ese servicio, siendo el auto de su marca y habiendo ofrecido anteriormente la actualización con costo para el usuario, sin embargo ni el persona que y en especial la gerente de servicio ni siquiera sabía de este tipo de actualizaciones y al final no me ayudaron, una lástima puesto que pienso proceder al respecto dado que ellos como agencia de la marca deben hacerse responsables de las unidades que supuestamente respaldan. En resumen pésimo servicio, falta de capacitación de personal y en especial mal servicio postventa.
