 Wrong, the services keep you waiting for appointments. 3 cars and it has always been the same. They are not responsible for guarantees until one is flat with threats. Not even the keychain arrive.

Insurgentes (a una cuadra de la agencia) me di cuenta de EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO NO FUNCIONABA! :/... A pasado casi un mes y aun no me han "reparado mi camioneta NUEVA"... Francamente una terrible desilusión con la Linea Automotriz y con la situación de tiempos y servicios. Compras un carro de agencia y lo último que esperas es comenzar a los 5min de sacar tu vehículo, con problemas y fallas del mismo

Before crossing Insurgentes Avenue (one block from the agency) I realized THE AIR CONDITIONING WAS NOT WORKING! : / ... Almost a month has passed and they still haven't "repaired my NEW truck" ... Frankly, a terrible disappointment with the Automotive Line and with the situation of times and services. You buy an agency car and the latest you wait is to start 5min after taking out your vehicle, with problems and failures of the same

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los autos son de lo mejor y se han posicionado muy bien en el estado, pero desafortunadamente agendar una cita para servicio de mantenimiento es un verdadero problema. Es muy difícil la comunicación con el área de servicio, te dejan esperando un buen rato y luego te cuelgan. Intentas una y otra vez y pasa exactamente lo mismo. Argumentan que tienen bastante trabajo, pero esa explicación no resuelve nada. Deberían hacer algo al respecto porque alguien no esta haciendo bien su trabajo para liderar esta empresa. Ojala las cosas cambien.
The cars are the best and have positioned themselves very well in the state, but unfortunately scheduling an appointment for maintenance service is a real problem. Communication with the service area is very difficult, they leave you waiting for a long time and then hang up on you. You try again and again and the exact same thing happens. They argue that they have enough work, but that explanation does not solve anything. They should do something about it because someone is not doing their job well to lead this company. Hopefully things change.
