★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No respetaron la contingencia de la pandemia como les explico que me tocaba mi primer mantenimiento y era cuando estaba la pandemia al 100 que ni nos permitian salir que lo mas que pudieramos quedarnos en casa cuando cumplo mis apenas 10,000 km despues de un ańo y meses o sea casi no movi la unidad me salieron con que perdì la garantia puffff
 They did not respect the contingency of the pandemic as I explained to them that I had my first maintenance and it was when the pandemic was at 100 that they did not allow us to go out that the most we could stay at home when I complete my barely 10,000 km after a year and months or I almost did not move the unit they came out with that I lost the guarantee puffff

Con la primer lluvia se le desprenden de la parte de abajo unas protecciones como de cartón prensado de color negro y no me hicieron valida la garantía. Mi carro me lo entregaron en Enero del 2017 un KIA Optima SXL y ya presentó 3 fallas en lo que va del año.
Unfortunately the agency guarantee service. With the first rain, protections like black pressed cardboard come off the bottom and they did not validate the guarantee. My car was delivered to me in January 2017 by a KIA Optima SXL and it has already presented 3 failures so far this year.
