★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al adquirir el vehículo fueron los mejores, el servicio fue decayendo con los años, hasta el día de hoy que los mecánicos son personas inexpertas, dejan las cosas peores y en lugar de mejorar ellos descomponen.
Ahora la garantía entra a favor, pero el tiempo de espera es a favor para ellos, al cliente como siempre a un lado.
La marca en si, es muy buena, el servicio en el área mecánica es muy mala.
Doy dos estrellas por el detalle del vendedor que estaba en su momento, no regresaría a comprar a Kia Plaza del Valle.
