AWFUL SERVICE, they are not prepared for a large group, we were 22 people (children and adults) there was no cutlery for everyone, there was no tea, there was no rice among other ingredients, we arrived at 7pm we left at 10pm without the children and some adults ate because they didn't serve us all, we were patient, we never demanded anything in a bad way, on the contrary, we wanted to help attend to the other tables because they lack staff and they can't cope, a young woman came out who introduces herself as the Chef in charge with haughty treatment to tell us about things among them that we are rude (for stopping to help), lousy customers, I do not remember what else she told us and that she had already made the sushi and would not make us the ones that were missing that according to her "we already they had brought to the table", being that there were people (children and adults) without eating, that if they made them they would charge us too, and that an extra change that we had asked for would not do it (we returned a yakimeshi it was strange in flavor and rice different from the 2 that had already been brought), I clarify it was the last thing that was brought to the table; I answer him well I won't pay you and he talks to the police, the patrol arrived; The manager did not speak and let this get out of hand by letting her chef go out and tell us about things, when she had to go out and solve the matter.
