Pésimo servicio, nos dieron cubiertos de plástico por no contar con cubiertos, no entregaron no los platillos correctos

Muy rico, buen servicio, pero la ultima vez hasta la salsa de anguila quieren cobrar, se me hace ilógico que un topping lo quieran cobrar aparte, 1ra vez que me toca que me quieran cobrar algo que se scompaña con el alimento

Pésimo servicio, lento, todo sucio, a pesar que solo habíamos 3 mesas lento el servicio, el sabor regular de las comidas, pedimos sushi para mi hijo y el sushi haciéndose pedazo, lo único bueno por así decirlo es el área de juegos que también necesita su limpieza y mantenimiento, da una lástima un lugar así, no lo recomiendo y si tienes más de 2 horas para una comida es tu lugar.

Un buen lugar para degustar sushi para toda la familia, existe un menú KIDS que resuelve el tema de alimentó a los hijos, con una pequeña área de juegos y pantallas suficientes que muestran vídeos y eventos. El aire acondicionado resulta insuficiente cuando el lugar se tiene en un 80% de su capacidad. Los meseros son gentiles y están pendientes, pero se puede notar que no tienen suficiente losa por la forma desesperada que se tiene por recuperar platos vacíos en la mesa de los comensales. Tiene estacionamiento subterráneo con elevador al primer y segundo nivel de la plaza, más estacionamiento a nivel de piso. Sabor de los productos regularmente buenos y con buena presentación

It has underground parking with elevator to the first and second level of the square, plus parking at ground level. Taste of regularly good products with good presentation

PÉSIMO SERVICIO, no están preparados para un grupo grande, éramos 22 personas(niños y adultos) no había cubiertos para todos, no había té, no había arroz entre otros ingredientes, llegamos a las 7pm salimos a las 10pm sin que los niños y algunos adultos comieran xqe no nos sirvieron a todos, fuimos pacientes jamás exigimos nada de mala manera, al contrario quisimos ayudar a atendernos para que atendieran las demás mesas porque les falta personal y no se dan abasto, salió una joven que se presenta como la Chef encargada con trato altanera a decirnos de cosas entre ellas que somos mal educados(por pararnos a ayudar), pésimos clientes, no recuerdo que más nos dijo y que ella ya había realizado los sushis y no nos realizaria los que faltaban que según ella "ya nos habían llevado a la mesa", siendo que había personas(niños y adultos) sin comer, que si los realizaba nos los cobrarían también, y que uno extra de cambio que habíamos pedido no lo haría (devolvimos un yakimeshi estaba extraño en sabor y el arroz distinto a los 2 que ya habían llevado), aclaro fue lo último que nos llevaron a la mesa; le contesto pues no te los pagaré y le habla ala policía, llegó la patrulla; La gerente no hablo y dejo que esto se le saliera de las Manos al dejar que su chef saliera a decirnos de cosas, cuando ella tenía que ver salido a resolver el asunto. Porque jamás nos portamos groseros; Pedimos la Cuenta todo bien vienen justo los platillos que nos entregaron pagamos exactamente lo que era, obviamente no dejamos propina. Pero nos hicieron pasar un rato desagradable gracias a la Chef, jamás exigimos demás, comprendíamos que les faltaba personal, tanto que nos rolamos los cubiertos, porque nos sirvieron a unos primero y a otros después y no había más. Nos proporcionaron 2 cubiertos desechables y los aceptamos sin problema jamás nos quejamos, aquí el problema fue la Chef que salió a decirnos de cosas. Anexo ticket para que vean los alimentos que nos llevaron siendo que éramos 22 personas.

Because we never behave rude; We asked for the Account, everything was fine, the dishes that were delivered to us came exactly, we paid exactly what it was, obviously we did not leave a tip. But they made us spend an unpleasant time thanks to the Chef, we never demanded more, we understood that they lacked staff, so much so that we rolled the cutlery, because they served some of us first and others later and there was no more. They provided us with 2 disposable cutlery and we accepted them without any problem, we never complained, here the problem was the Chef who came out to tell us about things.
