★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleva 6 días mi Forte en la agencia y no le pueden cambiar la chapa de la cajuela, no es posible que todos se laven las manos y se echen la culpa. Y resulta que cuando por fin llega la pieza no le queda porque es de Rio. Pero que tal están para llamar para los servicios. Cretinos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ para hacer valida una garantía, levante el reporte tres veces y hasta el momento sigo sin repuesta (medio año en espera) decidí ir a otra agencia y no paso mas de dos días y de inmediato me dieron respuesta y a la semana ya estaba arreglado el problema, sucursal Tláhuac decepción total y eso que fue en esta agencia en donde se adquirió la unidad.. que pésima atención
