Pues Si, muy atentos, cosa que se agradece. Un área a mejorar por mucho, es la "ATENCIÓN POSVENTA", me hicieron un trabajo de reparación trasera de impacto por alcance, mediante el seguro del auto, y se tardaron mucho mas de lo que originalmente me habían dicho, además, la reparación no estaba al 100% realizada, incluso tenía algunas grapas de plásticos todavía sin poner y sueltas en la cajuela cuando me lo entregaron . La señorita encargada de hojalateria para golpes con seguro, nunca me dio la cara.
Al final arreglaron todo.
El gerente debería darse una vuelta a "KOFER CIBELES", solo para que vea el nivel de atención a los clientes que tiene esa agencia. Lo digo solo para que Kia Villas mejore, ya que ahora soy su cliente y espero ver su evolución en el servicio.

The lady in charge of bodywork for blows with insurance, never gave me her face.
In the end they fixed everything.
The manager should take a look at "KOFER CIBELES", just to see the level of customer service that agency has. I say this only so that Kia Villas improves, since I am now their client and I hope to see their evolution in the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo, me recomendaron cambiar las balatas cuando me entregaron mi forte del servicio de los 40000km, les dije que la siguiente vez, salí de viaje y empezó un ruido lo lleve a revisar y le habían puesto una balata usada, totalmente desgastada y se notaba las otras 3 en buenas condiciones y esa sin pasta absolutamente, sin importar mi seguridad y de familia solo para que cambiará las balatas primera vez que pasó algo asi,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las chicas que estan para agendar servicios para que estan molestas, y me siento algo inconforme lleve el carro a servicio y antes del mes se le escucho un ruido lo lleve y el mecánico dice que es normal de la transmisión ? pero eso no se escuchaba antes y si es normal ya no me gustó Forte?.... Aún no cumplo ni el año con el.... Y con mi Río dure 4 años y sin ruidos ?♀️
