I went on a Sunday and the place was packed, I ordered a ramen and it took 50 minutes to arrive, the very kind waiters brought me complimentary "chips" and right away my dish, good service but very slow, the ramen loin delicious but the broth bland.

You can find the best sushi here. One of my favorite places. The service is great and the food is even more amazing.

No offense to the kind staff that provided good service, but don't eat here. This would be like calling Taco Bell Mexican food, and it would be an insult to Taco Bell. The worst 'sushi' I've consumed - it failed on all levels. - terrible quality fish: dry and old - terrible preparation: the fish was not in solid pieces, looked like I was given scrap cuts of meat or it was cut with a butter knife. The rolls were sloppy. - inconsistent preparation: not the same amount of filling in the rolls and the rice was very uneven -bad balance: way too much rice for both rolls and nigiri -soy sauce was very weak and watered down. Tasted like soy sauce flavored water. Maybe that's what's available here? -fried ice cream desert was an abomination as well. Fried in old rancid oil that permeated the chewy, too thick breading.

I dined in. Food was great, it was well cooked & had a awesome taste. The service was at 90% it's best potential, ambience was pleasant. I could have scored it higher (4.6-4.8). But since it has an opened atrium patio, on the front, not enough effort is placed in preventing flies from entering the premises. Perhaps the admin. can purchase UV zappers to place out front and air flow ventilation at entry points of the structure. Regardless of this petite discomfort, we enjoy patronizing this establishment every time we are in Tepa.
