The driver probably wishes to die as we noticed the way he handled the bus getting from point A to B. The Misol Ha waterfall was pretty and we were nervous getting back in the van to get to Agua Azul. Again very dangerous driving but we survived and arrived at Agua Azul. We spend our free time there and we got already worried to get back in this bus to Palenque. And yes again, it was getting dark, he drove like an idiot in the mountains overtaking trucks at points with absolutely no view. After a long drive and a half hour waiting at some point ( no idea why ) we survived and arrived back in Palenque. The next morning we were completely in shock the same van and the same driver showed up ( half hour late, again) did this guy even rest? Did we really had to get in this van again? As we had no idea what to do else we got in the van. This vans are NOT for transport with luggage as there was no space for ours. The driver literally squished or luggage under the seats. Then the absolute nightmare began…. After nearly no sleep the driver must have had, he still believed he was Aryton Senna. Getting worried sick because there was this time also a lot of rain. After about 1 hour it went wrong. I saw everything happening. The driver was overtaking a big truck. Heading straight in to another car. The first car could avoid us getting of the road the second car we smashed into. After the accident de driver just took off with the first taxi passing by.. Sure, I have no idea what about the rest of the drivers. The one picking us up from the place of the accident was oke. He brought us to a nice hotel but our holiday was ruined. We are lucky we can still tell te story. Just think twice when considering booking here...

The places we went were nice, but that's credit to nature and the Mayans not the tour guide company. Guide/driver was rude and grumpy, had way too long at the ruins and driver was 30 min late picking us up then as soon as we got there hurrying us as soon as he stopped.

We did the Yaxchilan/Bonampak tour. Pickup was at the correct time and the tour allowed for a reasonable amount of time at each site. The van was a little uncomfortable but still adequate. Food at each stop was basic - nothing special but not bad, either. A guided tour of the site was not included but was available in Spanish for an additional fee. English speakers should note that English guides were available but that, as the cost would not have been shared with the rest of the group, were more expensive.

Horrible, unsafe touring agency. The "conductors: they hire are all terrible bottom of the barrel workers. They seem to hate their job which really puts a damper on the mood. They are also rude and unsightly. Just overall terrible. Also unsafe! They overwork these people which is dangerous when they're driving for 12 hours and then they're your driver the next morning after only having slept like 4 hours in between shifts! Ridiculous. Skip this agency and go to an actually decent one.

Took a tour to agua azul and misol ha. The driver drove like a lunatic. Too fast and overtaking constantly. Felt lucky to get back alive. If the driver had drove safely I would have given 4 stars but if safety is not there then nothing else matters.

We did the ruins, Agua Azul, miso-ha tour the driver was great and had an excellent music playlist which he played quietly during our ride. The driver only spoke Spanish however he always made sure to show the return times on his phone so English only speaking tourists would understand. This company is about $50 peso more expensive then others however they will pick up/drop you off at your hotel/airbnb

This is a very good and well established tour operator. My wife and I travelled from Palenque to Flores Quatemala with them via Yaxchilan and Bonampak with an overnight stay. We paid 1700 pesos each, they take card, but charge 3%. We really enjoyed it. They won't hold your hand every step of the way. It's exciting and sometimes very confusing. It's travelling. The ruins are great and in our opinion the most enjoyable we have seen. The guides and drivers have very little English and we have no Spanish. You have to have faith that they know what is going on and don't be afraid to ask questions. After a wicked day at the ruins, we were taken to our accommodation in the Lacandon jungle. Its very basic, but we liked it. We had our own room, very clean bathroom, deck with a hammock, in the middle of the Jungle. The noises were great. Bed was basic. They feed you, very basic, Cheese Quesadilla is probs the best option of the two. They don't sell any alcohol, so bring beers or booze if that's what you need after a solid day at the ruins. Breakfast was good. Mexico to Flores The owner of the accommodation drove us to a road outside the jungle, we climbed in a kichan bajlum van and they drove us back to the boats via Mexican immigration. They tried to charge us 500 pesos each to leave Mexico. I don't know if this is legit, we only had 600 and they accepted that after silent shrugs and lots of huffs. Everyone else headed to the ruins we visited the day before. We got our own separate boat with the driver of one of the vans. On the otherside you can change your pesos or dollars into quetzales. Don't expect a good rate. The driver walked us to the bus "terminal" and paid for our bus to Flores. Then he left. From here you are on your own. The bus is a public bus and after an hour or so its fills up quickly, so pick a good seat and make sure its comfy. It took 5 hours. The scenery is lovely and the people on the bus are nice. They take you to Bethel to stamp your passport. FLORES - IMPORTANT PLEASE READ When you get off the bus in Flores if a man, Enrique "scarface", gives you a lift onto the island in his car please be careful. He will take you to his travel agency via an ATM, how convenient, and try and sell you trips. Tikal, passage to caye caulker etc... He is a CON MAN and has been doing it for almost 20 years. Non of the tickets he provides work and his prices are often sometimes 10x the real price. Politely decline. We took the lift, but walked out of his office. Everywhere we went we met people, of all ages, Nationalities and levels of intelligence that had been stung by him.

The minivan they used was an old decrepid one where they stuffed 15 passengers with no safety belts. Roads are horrible with speed bumps every half mile, making a 120 mile drive into a horrible 3.5 hr ordeal. Those all the way in the back gave up and took a taxi back. The Yachilan ruins are geographically marvelous, but the sub-par pu lic transport vehicles used for the tour ruined our trip. We saw two other much better mercedes vans from the same company, so I am not sure if we got the unlucky overflow vehicle on dec 29th, 2021.
