★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lástima que no se puede dar cero estrellas, pésima atención. Llamé a otras escuelas de esta marca porque me la recomendaron ampliamente pero la atención aquí por mucho es la peor. Mi esposa ya inscribió a mi hijo pero no aquí, no lo hagan, hay otros kids and us al rededor, aquí el primer contacto del asco.
Too bad you can't give zero stars, lousy attention. I called other schools of this brand because they highly recommended it to me but the attention here is by far the worst. My wife has already registered my son but not here, don't do it, there are other kids and us around, here the first contact of disgust.

En cuanto a las clases, son muy divertidas y dinámicas; los niños realmente aprenden mientras se divierten.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super recomiendo esta escuela, es la mejor en inglés mi niño ya entro a Marcia, lo llevamos a un viaje al extranjero y se pudo comunicar con otros niños, mi hijo va en escuela publica, así que todo el ingles que recibe es de kidsandus, les encanta ir porque siempre lo hacen divertido en la escuela, una vez mi hijo entro llorando y la directora se paro de su oficina al escuchar a mi nene llorar, ella lo llevo a la clase y permanecio con el todo el tiempo, eso hizo que mi hijo se sintiera mas seguro, de verdad que todas son un cariño, la maestra Salma es super linda con mi hijo y la maestra Andrea un amor, ella ha tenido a mis dos hijos super buenas en el ingles, la directora Miranda una belleza de mujer, a mi me queda mas cerca el de izcalli pero no pienso irme hasta que el personal de satelite cambie porque de vdd q mis hijos las aman a todas, la chica del aseo nva super atenta la amo. RECOMIENDO ESTA ESCUELA SIEMPRE

Lamentablemente hubo un cambio de dirección y la escuela ha caído mucho ya que existe mala atención , falta de empatía y objetividad. No hay un adecuado uso de los recursos y el personal no se encuentra calificado para llevar a cargo una escuela. Atención deficiente , y aunque el sistema es bueno no está bien aplicado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encanta la metodología y todo el personal, ahora con la pandemia han hecho muchisimo para que los niños sigan aprendiendo, el inglés es muy bueno.
En cuanto al personal son super atentos, desde la chica del aseo, profesoras, directora, super todo, A mi siempre me han atendido super bien y Miranda de verdad un SOL, siempre resuelve todo, GRACIAS de verdad, tambien toman en cuenta las opiniones que damos respecto al personal, tenian una coordinadora que tuvo una cuestion con mi hija y cuando le dije a Miranda tomaron cartas en el asunto, a la siguiente clase ya no estaba en la escuelita, me sorprendio que tomaran en cuenta mi opinion y agradezco mucho a todo el personal, sobre todo a la directora que siempre esta al pendiente, mi hija la ama, de verdad que te hacen sentir como en familia.
Aunque me gustaría qe fuera mas tiempo, solo es una vez a la semana la clase pero aprenden muchisimo.

Although I would like it to be more time, the class is only once a week but they learn a lot.
