Actualización: Enero 2019 La última vez que fui compré un buttermask for lips, y la muchacha no me dio ninguna muestra, hasta que se la solicité y me dio sólo una. Además le pregunté sobre si podemos llevar los envases y no me dijo que al llevar varios te regalan un producto. Parece que te atienden de acuerdo a la cantidad que gastes. Las muestras gratis me han hecho volver y comprar varios productos, así que muy mal Kiehl's ?

Súper buen servicio, la atención amable y muy útil. Sin duda regresaré.

Llevan meses fallando con el stock de varios productos. Han bajado mucho la calidad y el servicio. Buscaré otra marca.

I feel a little bit taken advantage of. I speak very elementary Spanish and am clearly a tourist, and asked if they had any smaller sizes of face wash and moisturizer. The person responded that they did not have anything travel sized, and pointed at a couple as their only options. I took her for her word. When we moved to the checkout, I noticed a bagged set of travel sized products— complete with face wash and moisturizer— and inquired about it. She told me it was only available as a special, then said I wouldn’t want it for myself because it was a gift set (???), all while rapidly checking me out. She handed me the bag and sent me on my way without any samples. Once it fully dawned on me that I had spent $50 USD on products I might not be able to bring home with me, I considered going back to return my purchase and pick up the travel set, then realized I didn’t receive a receipt! To add insult to injury, I later dropped the face wash from waist height and a piece of the lid broke right off. I’ve been using Kiehl’s products for years now and this soured it for me.

They’ve been out of stock of most cleansers for over a month now. I’ll probably search for another brand. I’ve been to the store 3 times and they are always out of stock!
