Muy buenos productos creo que el precio es un poco elevado pero son de buena calidad y no me arrepiento. Muy amable la gerente que me atendió.

Simplemente me encantan los productos soy fan fan fan. Aceptan pagos con todas las tarjetas de crédito/débito y Samsung pay. Tienen un sistema de recompensa reciclando tus frascos vacíos de producto; frascos vacíos = producto kiehl's gratis. Si tienes alguna duda tiene productos de muestra para que pruebes la textura incluso Lavar tu rostro para probar el producto antes de cómpralo. En fin me encanta!!

I was very disappointed with the service i had received from this particular Kiehl's store in Plaza Galerias Guadalajara. I was attended by Miss. Nataly Segura Lupercio, I made two purchases of about $2,000.00 pesos. One with her and 20 minutes later with her colleague, Karla Marianna Vega. I requested for a facial to introduce me with the line of Kiehl's products, and Miss. Nataly Segura made an appointment for me the following day at 11:30am. When I arrived the next day at 11:00am, all the stores in the mall were open except Kiehl's! Nevertheless, I waited because my appointment wasn't until 11:30am. I waited and waited until 12:00pm, because I had a flight back to Los Angeles at 3:00pm that same day and I had already reserved my taxi back to the airport. The service I received from this store was unacceptable! I was very punctual to my appointment but unfortunately the sale associates that had made the appointment for me, were not! I was surprised that the professionalism of the representatives was below standards of a reputable company, as Kiehl's. I recommend for patrons of Kiehl's to stay away from the Kiehl's Store in Plaza Galerias. Instead, to shop at the Kiehl's Store in Andares (where the sales associates were willing and able to offer great customer service to their clients!) or in Polanco in Mexico City.

I had the absolute worst experience at this store. Obviously this review only serves to warn others of the horrible service at this store, but I have a small hope Kiehl's will take note. I went to this store and was charged for a facial cream that was open. I didn't find it necessary to check that the jar of cream the associate pulled for me from the drawer was closed, but I guess I needed to do his job for him, because he did not check. Once he handed me the cream after charging me, I pointed out the sticker was broken on the jar and that the safety seal had already been lifted. The employee then proceeded to blame me for opening the jar. He then repeatedly blamed me for opening the jar when I complained to the manager. Then both he and the manager were rude when I requested a refund. I left absolutely furious and went straight to Sephora. I am not sure I will buy Kiehl's again. I'm still extremely pissed. I have never been so mistreated by retail workers.
