Invite a dos amigas para convencerlas de probar Kiehl's y para mí sorpresa al llegar la cajera (de muy mala presentación y escuchando videos a un volumen muy fuerte en su celular ) nos dijo que nuestra cita no existía y que ella no podía atendernos por qué "estaba sola" y que "como su computadora no funcionaba, tenia que estar al pendiente del técnico". Ni si quiera me ofreció ninguna disculpa ni mostró, pésimo pésimo servicio!!!!!
Terrible service!! Agent with a week in advance a skin diagnosis in which they also apply their products. I invited two friends to convince them to try Kiehl's and to my surprise when the cashier arrived (with a very bad presentation and listening to videos at a very loud volume on her cell phone) she told us that our appointment did not exist and that she could not attend us why " she was alone "and that" since her computer didn't work, she had to be on the lookout for the technician.
