TOTAL DECEPTION, BEFORE PURCHASING, ASK THOSE WHO ALREADY LIVE LIKE THE REAL ESTATE AT THE TIME OF THE PROBLEMS AND COME WITH THE PERFECT EXCUSE AND WITH NO WARRANTY RESPECT. VERY NICE DESIGN BUT BAD. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE REAL ESTATE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ojo y mucho cuidado con la constructora SZR Peninsular y Top homes . Entregan las casas con un control de calidad pésimo con muchos detalles que si no los notas los dan por visto bueno. Si no te pones abusado te llevan al baile. Te prometen una fecha de entrega y te dan la casa 7 meses después inventando un millón de excusas . Nunca aceptan su responsabilidad. Tristemente a 10 meses de recibida la casa sigue presentando detalles.
Be careful with the construction company SZR Peninsular and Top homes. They deliver the houses with a lousy quality control with many details that if you do not notice them, they will be accepted. If you don't get abused, they take you to the dance. They promise you a delivery date and give you the house 7 months later, making up a million excuses. They never accept their responsibility. Sadly, 10 months after receiving it, the house continues to present details.
