Su trato nada empático hacia los niños, se queja de que se mueven y no puede realizar el corte, no cumpliendo con la misión didáctica de la marca, nada paciente y no ofrece un servicio completo de peinado y elección de regalo. Su presentación era desaliñada con chongo y pans, denotando pereza.
Plaza Bolulevard Chedrahui branch. Terrible attention and attitude on the part of the stylist. Rude and racist comments. His unsympathetic treatment towards children, he complains that they move and he cannot do the cut, not fulfilling the didactic mission of the brand, not at all patient and does not offer a complete hairstyle and gift choice service. His presentation was scruffy with buns and breads, denoting laziness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve todo el tiempo sobre la estilista y hizo lo que quiso con el corte de mis hijos, mi esposo se lo corto igual y lo lastimaron al hacer el comentario con quien agende me dijo "disculpe por no cumplir espestativas" nada que ver con el trabajo de la anterior chica (rubia)
I was on top of the stylist all the time and she did what she wanted with my children's haircut, my husband cut it off the same way and they hurt him when making the comment with the agent who told me "sorry for not meeting expectations" nothing to do with work from the previous girl (blonde)
