Y no hablo de los empleados, que fueron amables siempre y atentos, hasta eficientes al inicio, sin embargo el técnico hizo mal algo en mi moto y el servicio que le hicieron resultó en qué ya no encendía por lo que la llevé a reclamo y el finísimo dueño y su pareja o socia me trataron como basura, con una contestación del tamaño de "usted se la llevó andando y si después le falló es su problema!" Y rematando, al indicar que se solicitaría una reclamación mediante la Profeco, con el típico y despreciable "hágale como quiera!". Después frente a mi ambos se burlaban y me exponían como cliente problemático desde el principio, solamente porque solicité su inexistente y publicitado "servicio de grúa para motos". En resumen, ni se acerquen, son ineficientes, mal hechos, falsos y sobre todo majaderos y cínicos. NEFASTOS!!

Los que atienden y la dueñ@ son buena gente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ yo no entiendo cómo VENTO permite que sus talleres hagan lo que se les hinché, NECESITAN HACER UNA REVISIÓN DE ELLOS. Pésimo lugar, te cambian piezas, trabajan sucio, atención pésima, solo te tratan bien para atraparte ya después es pésimo la atención, NO se hacen responsables x su mal trabajo cuando pides una explicación se esconden, todo mal. SI NO QUIERES VIVIR MALAS EXPERIENCIAS CON TU MOTO MEJOR NI TE PARES POR AHI. No puede ser que sea un lugar de garantía. Al contrario parece que las llevas a qué te echen a perder tu moto que anda bien ??????
I do not understand how VENTO allows their workshops to do what they were swollen, THEY NEED TO DO A REVIEW OF THEM. Terrible place, they change parts, they work dirty, terrible attention, they only treat you well to catch you and then the attention is terrible, they are NOT responsible for their bad work when you ask for an explanation they hide, all bad.
