El único detalle es que algunos trabajadores se pasan con sus compañeros sintiéndose dueños ellos para estarles haciendo la vida imposible cargandoles la mano en su actividad de trabajo, no se ponen a pensar que todos están laborando por alguna necesidad económica y porque realmente necesitan el trabajo, deberían de tomar cartas en el asunto debido a que los que ya se encuentran en las áreas quieren hacerle la vida imposible a los nuevos que llegan, logrando aburrirlos y que renuncien sabiendo que todos tienen oportunidad de desempeñarse en su ámbito laboral y todos necesitan la oportunidad. ?
