El trabajo de K´inal Antsetik se da en diferentes áreas, tales como, el desarrollo productivo, la salud, la generación de liderazgos, la educación y los derechos humanos.
Desde sus orígenes K´inal Antsetik trabaja con la filosofía de transformar el rol de la mujer indígena, fomentando su participación en todos los órdenes de la vida comunitaria en clave de equidad de manera que ocupe un papel protagónico en el desarrollo de ésta.
K'inal Antsetik, Land of Women in the Tseltal language, is a non-profit organization that has been working since 1992 in favor of the empowerment of indigenous women in three different regions of the state of Chiapas: Altos, Norte and Selva. The work of K'inal Antsetik takes place in different areas, such as, productive development, health, generation of leadership, education and human rights.
From its origins K'inal Antsetik works with the philosophy of transforming the role of the indigenous woman, encouraging her participation in all the orders of community life in the key of equity so that she occupies a leading role in the development of this.
