During the pandemic they charged me only for sending copies to my daughter and they threatened to not give me her papers if I did not pay and therefore I had to do it. There was never any feedback, much less interest in my daughter's progress. Also now that I changed her to kindergarten where I pay 1000 pesos more I see that my daughter did not learn what she had to learn during the 2 years she was there. In the new school if you notice the interest to adapt to these new times and above all they are interested in the well-being of my daughter. IN THE AMERICAN AQUATIC THERE WAS NO INTEREST AT ALL. By the way, the teacher CINTIA is a super rude and arrogant person. NO DAD I KNOW IS HAPPY WITH THIS SCHOOL AND THEY TAKEN THEIR CHILDREN. Too bad I didn't realize it before and I had my daughter there for 2 years.

Excellent College, I highly recommend it. Never in my life had I been treated so badly, the staff that attends the school is very rude, I made an appointment to see the facilities, they gave me a date and time and they did not want to attend to me because according to my appointment they had not registered, the worst After all, when I still asked for an explanation of what happened in a very rude tone, they answered me and hung up on me while I was talking, their last words were eee yes bye and they hung up. If they are like that with parents, I can't imagine how they will be with our children, it doesn't give me confidence or guarantee that they will treat them well.
