★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Llevé mi macbook pro porque no servía la batería, y no podía conectar la cámara y sonido. Erik la recibió y me dió el diagnóstico más tarde. Me dijo:
1. que tenía los circuitos flojos y los tenía que soldar y cargar el sistema operatvo. $2300
2. Del micrófono y la cámara me dijo que estaban cortados los circuitos. $1400
Decidí arreglar el 1 para que por lo menos funcionara, me la entregó prendida con el sistema y diciendo que estaba perfecta, el disco sólido estaba bien y la batería me duraría poco pero aguantaba.
A los dos dias que la quise usar ya no prendía se la volví a llevar y me dijo que era la batería que ya no servía así que la desconectó y que para prenderla tenía que hacer un truco con el cable y oprimir 2 botones!!! Pasé por ella y la llevé con otro técnico. Me cambiaron la pila y el disco duro que estaba tronado??? O lo cambió Erik? No puedo saber... y tuve que pagar $3200 más.
Lo que me molestó es que no sabe y te hace creer que es el experto, tiene una actitud nefasta y te trata pésimo. No lo recomiendo para nada. Espero les sirva mi reseña.
 Terrible service. I took my macbook pro because the battery was not working, and I could not connect the camera and sound. Erik received it and gave me the diagnosis later. He told me:
1. I had loose circuits and had to solder them and load the operating system. $ 2300
2. The microphone and the camera told me that the circuits were cut. $ 1400
I decided to fix the 1 so that at least it would work, he gave it to me turned on with the system and saying that it was perfect, the solid disk was fine and the battery would last me a little but it held.
After two days that I wanted to use it, it no longer turned on, I took it back to him and he told me that it was the battery that was no longer working so he disconnected it and that to turn it on he had to do a trick with the cable and press 2 buttons! I went through it and took it to another technician. They changed the battery and the hard disk that was thundered ??? Or did Erik change it? I can't know ... and I had to pay $ 3,200 more.
What bothered me is that he does not know and makes you believe that he is the expert, he has a nefarious attitude and he treats you terrible. I do not recommend it at all. I hope my review will serve you.
