★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde el inicio de la llamada para verificar si hay que realizar una cita, la persona que respondió lo hizo como si se llama a una persona y no a un negocio… desde ahí mal… parecía que la persona que respondió seguía dormida y se me había despertado, se le tuvo que preguntar si era la barbería y dijo que sí, le pregunté si había que hacer cita y sólo dijo: -no
Acto seguido le pregunto si ya estaba abierto y me responde que “supone que sí” no quise hacer un prejuicio basada en eso, pero sí debí. Posteriormente me presento al lugar y desde que llegó la persona con una cara poco amigable le dice a mi novio que pase y se siente ahí, sin dar las buenas tardes y de forma inmediata le pregunta qué corte quiere, el comienza a explicar el corte que desea, a lo que esta persona contesta de mala manera diciendo que lo que le pide no está correctamente explicado, le explica el tipo de corte en sus palabras (ya que de ser experto, se lo cortaría el mismo… no iría a que un “profesional” lo realizara) continúa insistiendo que lo que mi novio está pidiendo es otra cosa y que lo que requiere no le entiende y que qué número de máquina usara… a lo que por obvias razones mi novio se molesta y le dice que mejor así, ya que la persona evidentemente no tenía ganas de trabajar, sin omitir mencionar que el volumen de su música era exageradamente alto que lastimaba los oídos y ni siquiera con la llegada de un cliente le bajó. Pésimo trato, porque ni al servicio llegamos pero sí así es la actitud de nefasta, desde el inicio, no se puede esperar un buen corte, para nada lo recomendamos, ahórrense el mal rato.

Later I introduce myself to the place and since the person with an unfriendly face arrived, he tells my boyfriend to come and sit there, without saying good afternoon and immediately asks him what cut he wants, he begins to explain the cut that wishes, to which this person answers in a bad way saying that what he is asking for is not correctly explained, he explains the type of cut in his words (since if he were an expert, he would cut it himself ... he would not go to a “ professional ”will do it) continues to insist that what my boyfriend is asking for is something else and that he does not understand what he requires and that what machine number he will use ... to which for obvious reasons my boyfriend gets upset and tells him that it is better this way, since the person evidently did not want to work, not to mention that the volume of his music was exaggeratedly high that it hurt his ears and not even with the arrival of a client it lowered him. Terrible treatment, because we didn't even get to the service but that is the nefarious attitude, from the beginning, you cannot expect a good cut, we do not recommend it at all, save yourself the bad time.
