★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son ladrones incompetentes. Siempre pierden o manchan la ropa y no asumen sus responsabilidades. Muchas personas que viven conmigo tuvieron problemas con ellos también. Hay otras lavanderías cerca, mejor buscar una otra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dejé de visitar este lugar, primero por lentos (hay lavanderías donde te dan tu ropa el mismo día, aquí se tardaban hasta una semana.. y eran solo 7 mudas de ropa) y segundo y más importante: te pierden la ropa. Me perdieron varios calcetines en un par de ocasiones, calcetines caros y de marca, además de una toalla y prendas varias. Al reclamar amablemente, parece que es algo recurrente porque pude notar que no les gustó y que había otro cliente en la misma situación. Simplemente me cambié.
I stopped visiting this place, first for slow (there are laundries where they give you your clothes the same day, here it took up to a week ... and it was only 7 changes of clothes) and second and more important: they lose your clothes. I lost several socks on a couple of occasions, expensive and branded socks, as well as a towel and various clothes. When complaining kindly, it seems that it is something recurrent because I could tell that they did not like it and that there was another client in the same situation. I just changed.
