★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al llegar, el lugar parecía agradable y limpio. Un poco descuidado el piso y pintura. La cocina y cocineras se veian limpias y ordenadas. Ordene la especial de chilaquiles(rojos) que viene acompañado de cafe y unas rebanadas de telera (no bolillo) sin tostar. Lamentablemente el sabor de la salsa estaba sin sason, la tortilla de los chilaquiles, al comerlos se sentia agarrosa y vieja, el cafe ya tenia un mas de dos horas que lo habian hecho, se tomaron la molestia de hacer cafe fresco, cual sabor era totalmente agradable. A todo esto y lo peor, la persona que cobra y que es el dueño del negocio, estaba enfermo, tociendo y sacandose las flemas de su garganta en pleno restautant, totalmente anti higiénico. Definitivamente, no regreso a consumir, ni recomiendo ese lugar.
Upon arrival, the place seemed nice and clean. A little run down the floor and paint. The kitchen and cooks look neat and clean. Order the special chilaquiles (red) that comes with coffee and a few slices of telera (not bolillo) without toasting. Unfortunately the flavor of the sauce was out of season, the chilaquiles tortilla, when eating them it felt sticky and old, the coffee had already been made for more than two hours, they took the trouble to make fresh coffee, which flavor was it totally nice. To all this and the worst, the person who charges and who is the owner of the business, was ill, touching and removing the phlegm from his throat in the middle of the restaurant, totally unhygienic. Definitely, I do not return to consume, nor do I recommend that place.
