★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lastima que siendo una de las pastelerías con mejor sabor en Guadalajara tengan tan pésimo servicio ? ya van 2 veces que me quedan mal con la entrega retrazan las entregas hasta 3 horas!!! Primero en el cumpleaños de mi hija olvidaron hacer su pastel y tuvimos que esperar 3 horas a que lo hicieran ? y ayer que fue mi boda llegaron también 3 horas tarde y lo peor que en sus teléfonos no respondían y muy quitados de la pena solo dicen que tenían un retraso de 3 horas!!! Les di una segunda oportunidad de que no volviera a pasar la entrega tardía pero veo que no les importa. Jamás volveré a comprar allí
 It's a shame that being one of the best-tasting patisseries in Guadalajara they have such terrible service ? they've already been 2 times that they look bad with the delivery they delay deliveries up to 3 hours !!! First, on my daughter's birthday they forgot to make her cake and we had to wait 3 hours for them to do it ? and yesterday that was my wedding they also arrived 3 hours late and the worst thing that they did not answer on their phones and very removed from the pain they only say that they had a delay of 3 hours !!! I gave them a second chance not to pass the late delivery again but I see they don't care. I will never buy there again

Excellent service, they made my wedding cake and it was beautiful and delicious, even though last year my wedding was canceled they respected my request and always treated me very well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mande hacer uno de chocolate y malisimo. El decorado quedó estupendo (un unicornio) pero de sabor pesimo, nada que ver el nombre de la pastelería porque en verdad unos pingüinos marinela tienen mejor sabor. Primera y última vez que compro ahi!!!
I ordered to make one of chocolate and very bad. The decoration was great (a unicorn) but the taste was terrible, nothing to do with the name of the bakery because in truth some marinela penguins taste better. First and last time I buy there!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los mejores pasteles, pays, gelatinas. De verdad que son los mejorsísimos de todo Guadalajara. También tienen en tamaño individual y los puedes consumir ahí.
The best cakes, pies, jellies. They really are the best in all of Guadalajara. They also have individual sizes and you can consume them there.
