Parecen siempre estar molestos y tratan a los clientes como si fueran a pedir limosna. En ocasiones hasta te regañan. Tienen que mejorar su noción de lo que es atención al cliente.
They have a good assortment, but the prices are somewhat high and the attention of some shop assistants leaves much to be desired. They always seem to be upset and treat customers as if they were going to beg. Sometimes they even scold you. They have to improve their notion of what customer service is.

They have many costumes, at reasonable prices (not cheap), however, the staff is very unfriendly and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La tienda tiene trajes de calidad recorrí todo el mercado y solo en esta tienda me agrado el disfraz que buscaba, sin embargo al preguntar el precio me dieron uno y al probarme el traje y ver que me quedo me subieron el precio $100.00 pesos más diciendo que era por la talla cosa que no mencionaron cuando pregunté al principio, abusan al verte convencida de llevarte el producto, otro aspecto es el carácter de los empleados, no tienen forma para atender son tajantes y parecen estar siempre enojados, ojalá puedan considerar cambiar estos elementos para sentirnos más a gusto al visitar la tienda y no sentir que abusan de los visitantes.
The store has quality suits I toured the entire market and only in this store I liked the costume I was looking for, however when I asked the price they gave me one and when I tried on the suit and saw that I stayed they raised the price $ 100.00 pesos more saying that It was because of the size that they did not mention when I asked at the beginning, they abuse when you are convinced to take the product, another aspect is the character of the employees, they have no way to attend they are blunt and seem to be always angry, I hope they can consider changing these elements to feel more comfortable when visiting the store and not feel that visitors are being abused.
