With more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Cynthia has developed high-performance teams in charge of marketing, designing, implementing and operating Information Technology services for companies in various industries.

She has extensive experience in the development of business models for organizations with strategic "Transformation" projects that guarantee operational and financial efficiency in the medium and long term, as well as the sale of solutions aligned with business objectives and the development of new clients.

Cynthia is responsible for the commercial operation, direction and supervision of the Named Accounts sales team, in charge of meeting the needs of clients by aligning the strategic initiatives of the business with the IT projects of companies in the financial, retail, telecommunications, and construction and mining sectors. She drives organizations towards the digitization and automation of processes using Hybrid Cloud technologies, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity and high availability Data Centers.

Cynthia is a Computer Systems Engineer with a Master's Degree in Technology Administration from ITESM Campus Monterrey.
