★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De preferencia llevar una copia o foto del documento para que sea mas rapida la busqueda y solo te cobran $74 (les intereza ver el juzgado, notaria, libro, etc.)
si solo llevas fecha y nombre del documento, tardaran en encontrarla y te cuesta el doble mas menos

Mucha lentitud para atendernos llegue a las 10:30 y voy saliendo a las 12 y no había mucha gente adelante de mi
Y son 2 personas y parece q uno le esta cuidando la espalda al otro y no suelta el celular

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal de atención de este kiosco es prepotente, le grita a la gente, se burla de ellos por no saber cómo realizar un trámite, se la pasan platicando entre ellas, retrasan mucho la atención y por ende tiene uno que estar esperando más tiempo y se hacen filas muy largas, si no quieren tener trato con la gente, que no se alquilen para este tipo de servicios.
The service staff of this kiosk is arrogant, they yell at people, they make fun of them for not knowing how to carry out a procedure, they spend their time talking to each other, they delay service a lot and therefore one has to wait longer and there are very long queues, if they don't want to deal with people, don't rent them for this type of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atienden bien, se encuentra dentro de las instalaciones del Walmart, hacia la zona de sanitarios y Servicios al cliente. Si viernes en auto te recomiendo hacer uso del estacionamiento del Súper. La emisión de actas de hace en menos de 10 minutos, para acelerar tu impresión es recomendable traer los datos de Entidad, Delegación, juzgado, Acta, año, clase y fecha... De otra forma se tiene que hacer una búsqueda y esa té la cobran como si fuera otra impresión de acta... O un poco más cara.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta muy bien pero únicamente para la población de CDMX ya si quiere de provincia te mandan a otro lado y es de Lunes a jueves de 8:am a 4:00pm creo que deberían ir integrado más estados a mí me pasó que un familiar viajaba de emergencia y se le olvidaron sus actas de sus bebés para poder agarrar un vuelo pero bueno
