★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a tramitar mi acta de nacimiento en este kiosco y resulta que por no llevar una copia del acta de nacimiento me iba a cobrar $136 por la búsqueda con la CURP se me hace un abuso porque no sé bajo qué concepto me está cobrando $68 de más, me comentó que si Llevaba yo los datos del juzgado sólo me iba a costar $68 Consideró que es un robo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio, la gente que se queja del cobro de busqueda es por que no sabe que sin los datos no se encuentra el acta y el cargo de 68 de busqueda facilita mucho para no ir hasta arcos pero como cuento con los datos me sale solo en 68 y un buen servicio :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a imprimir una acta de nacimiento y sin ningún problema, la encargada del quiosco me atendió rápidamente y muy amable, tampoco había personas formadas, así que mi trámite en 5 minutos estuvo listo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ una fila enorme siempre. la máquina se traba continuamente y la tienen que reiniciar por lo que se pierde aún más tiempo. te cobran el doble por buscar un acta de nacimiento si solo cuentas con el nombre y la fecha!! la señorita de la tarde tiene pésima actitud.
always a huge row. the machine continually locks up and has to be restarted so even more time is wasted. They charge you double for looking for a birth certificate if you only have the name and the date !! the afternoon lady has a terrible attitude.
