★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy llegué lo más pronto posible al kiosco de Soriana av Tamaulipas 7:35ya q m habían avisado del registro civil d Arcos de Belén que ya estaba lista mi acta q habían digitalizado y m dijo la srita que no era necesario ir nuevamente hasta arcos d Belén ya q la podía sacar en cualquier kiosco solo con el acta q m dieron para digitalizarla y x eso me fui rápido antes de que cerrarán y aunque si llegué resulta que me dice el chavo que estaba atendiendo q esa acta no m servía para sacar un acta nueva??♀️ q no la podía sacar, l dije q m habían llamado del registro civil y lo q m había dicho la srita y l mostré la llamada en mi celular y le mostré el acta y q ahí venía libro y foja, juzgado etc y m dijo q no q así no la sacaban, l dije q llevaba el curp y m dijo nadie l saca el acta con curp??l comenté que anteriormente saque ahí mismo la d mi hija y fue con el curp pero q estaba bien, q entonces si el acta q m dieron en Arcos de Belén no m servía y m dijo no esa no sirve ??♀️y q sino m costaba $196 y l pregunté si era x búsqueda y aparte x el acta y el resto d q era y m dijo q si por búsqueda y el acta nadamas y porque es fuera d horario ??♀️ y q no tenía tikets, le dije q muchas gracias y q si m podría decir su nombre a lo q solo respondió Gerardo y s dió la vuelta, muy grosero, quizas x q ya casi cerraba aún faltaban más d 20 minutos para q cerrara y quizás x q lo interrumpí ya q estaba al celular y tuvo q colgar para atenderme, traía sus audífonos y solo dijo molesto " ahorita t marco"? seguido de q necesita??
 Today I arrived as soon as possible at the Soriana av Tamaulipas kiosk at 7:35 a.m. since they had told me from the Arcos de Belén civil registry that my certificate was ready and they had digitized it and the young lady told me that it was not necessary to go to Arcos de Belén again since I could get it at any kiosk just with the record they gave me to digitize it and that's why I left quickly before they closed and although if I arrived it turns out that the guy who was attending told me that this record was not useful for me to get a new record?? ♀️ that I couldn't get it out, I told him that they had called me from the civil registry and what the young lady had told me and I showed him the call on my cell phone and I showed him the record and that there was a book and page, court, etc. and he told me that no, that's not the case They took it out, I said that I had the curp and no one told me he took out the record with curp ?? I commented that previously I took out my daughter's right there and it was with the curp but that was fine, so if the record they gave me in Arcos from Bethlehem it didn't work for me and he told me no that one doesn't work ??♀️and what if not for me It cost $196 and I asked him if it was for the search and apart from the minutes and the rest of what it was and he said yes for the search and the minutes only and because it was out of hours ??♀️ and I didn't have tickets, I told him thank you very much and yes I could say his name to which only Gerardo replied and he turned around, very rude, maybe because he was almost closed, there were still more than 20 minutes left until he closed and maybe because I interrupted him since he was on the cell phone and he had to hang up to attend to me, He was wearing his headphones and he just said annoyed "I'm not dialing you right now" followed by what do you need?
