Subes las escaleras como si fueras al estacionamiento y exactamente terminando las escaleras del lado derecho se encuentra el kiosco, se alcanza a ver desde abajo. El trámite es rápido. Yo tramite una acta de nacimiento y no contaba con copia. Sólo con datos personales y me la dieron sin problema, el costo fue de $150.00 pesos. Eso fue hace una semana.
The kiosk is located inside the Walmart plaza. You go up the stairs as if you were going to the parking lot and exactly finishing the stairs on the right side is the kiosk, you can see it from below. The process is fast. I processed a birth certificate and did not have a copy. Only with personal data and they gave it to me without problem, the cost was $ 150.00 pesos. That was a week ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo fui en sábado y si estaba funcionando el kiosco después de las 3 pm solo que la persona que ayuda estaba en su hora de comida y ahí mismo en el kiosco te indica a qué hora regresa, aceptan efectivo o tarjeta, aún que si es con tarjeta piden identificación
