Es muy desgastante, la máquina es lenta y aunque los chicos que atienden se apenan al hacer esperar tanto, su atención es buena y amable. La gente es a veces un tanto abusiva al realizar más de 3 trámites, además de que el pago con tarjetas de crédito o débito hace el proceso aún más lento, pero en fin, recomiendo venir con calzado cómodo y mentalizados a esperar más de 2 hrs parado. The wait is long, for a simple procedure (birth certificate update) it took 3 hours. It is very exhausting, the machine is slow and although the guys who attend are sad to wait so long, their attention is good and friendly. Hoy fui por un acta de nacimiento, esperé tres horas haciendo una fila que casi no avanzaba, y casi ya para llegar nos dicen que a las 5pm ya no hay sistema. Esto es importante porque en el sitio de Internet dice que atienden hasta las 9 pm y no es verdad. Si vienes por un acta de nacimiento, trae una copia de la anterior. Si la traes, cuesta 70 pesos la nueva. Si no la traes, sube a casi 200 pesos el costo del trámite. Pésimo servicio en estos días. ATTEND UNTIL 5 PM.
