★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta muy deteriorado, además recientemente fue bandalizado al romper el barandal de cantera de dos de sus cuatro escaleras. Que lastima que no se le de el cuidado apropiado nuestras plazas públicas y monumentos. Una evidencia más de que el Gobierno no cumple con su trabajo.
It is very deteriorated, it was also recently bandalized by breaking the quarry railing of two of its four stairs. Too bad that our public squares and monuments are not given proper care. One more evidence that the Government does not do its job.

- Al estar en una plaza pública el acceso es ?gratuito.
- Sin embargo el día que lo visité estaba tomado por personas??que estaban ?protestando por cuestiones políticas o sociales.
- Esto desmereció bastante la visita ya que no pude ? contemplarlo como se debe por las pancartas ? y lonas ? que pusieron sobre él.
- Pero está en una plaza bella rodeado de edificios ?arquitectónicamente muy bellos.
- Si te ayudó mí opinión regálame 1 me gusta. Muchas Gracias.
It is seen that it is a very well built kiosk and it is attractive to the eye.
- Being in a public square, access is free.
- However, the day I visited it, it was taken by people who were protesting for political or social issues.
- This detracted a lot from the visit since I could not ? contemplate it properly because of the banners ? and canvases ? that were put on it.
- But it is in a beautiful square surrounded by ?architectically very beautiful buildings.
