My niece enrolled in a cupcake course with a cost of $ 1,600.00 at Sacher Cake Shop. The publicity of the course offered to teach them with the same recipe that they use in their patisseries, to prepare cupcakes. He also offered to teach them the modeling of flowers and other figures with fondant. Result: the cake is not the same, it was inedible; the figures were made with mold, only the unicorn was "modeled" but had the soul of unicel and they guarantee that their figures are 100% edible. What a scam

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, AND IF YOU DO, I HOPE IT DOESN'T BREAK DOWN AND HAPPEN WHAT MANY OF US HAD. After 4 months they don't respond anywhere, by phone they cut me off, by WhatsApp they say that they contact me via networks and on networks they don't read my messages. I registered my application through PROFECO and it happened that magically 2 days later (Dec 20) they were at my address to deliver it, by the way... with the same error. I did not receive it because it was still broken, but apparently for them it is already repaired and from that date they did nothing to it, they just "filed" it as if I had not wanted to receive it "repaired" according to the lousy adviser Diana Tovar. On January 7, they told me that in 48 hours they would contact me to tell me when they would deliver it, but not to vary with the terrible service, it has not happened.
Obviously they are not going to repair it and like many in my situation, they bet that we get annoyed, it is the worst purchase I have made, I am very sorry and also even more deplorable is the attention, it seems that the aggrieved are them
