★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experiencia no podían acudir a mi domicilio a tomar medidas y me pidieron que les enviara via whatsapp junto con imagenes de mi cocina e ideas de la cocina que me gustó, después de un mes no me llamaban, ni por mensaje me contactaban así que les llame y ya no me contestaban ni las llamadas ni el whatsapp, cuando por fin me contacte directamente a las oficinas resulta que no tenían idea y no sabían quien les hablaba así que nuevamente les hice llegar mi información junto con las imágenes y medidas que me pidieron y lo mismo pasó casi 15 dias después, le llamo a Raúl que se supone es al parecer la única persona que hace los proyectos y que de igual manera nunca contesta el celular y la muchacha que atiende en la sucursal me dice que ya le hicieron llegar la información y no sabe nada.
Lástima que sus proyectos se ven excelentes cuando la atención no lo es.
Terrible experience could not go to my home to take action and asked me to send them via whatsapp along with pictures of my kitchen and ideas of the kitchen that I liked, after a month they did not call me, nor by message they contacted me so that they I did not answer the calls nor the whatsapp, when finally I contacted directly to the offices it turns out that they had no idea and they did not know who was speaking to them so I sent them my information again along with the images and measurements that they asked me and the same thing happened almost 15 days later, I call Raúl who is supposed to be the only person who makes the projects and who also never answers the cell phone and the girl who attends the branch tells me that they already sent him the information and does not know anything.
Too bad that their projects look excellent when attention is not.
