★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He llevado ya tres veces mis tres batidoras y las dejan muy bien reparadas, nunca he tenido problema con ellas, son amables para atender y sus costos de reparación me parecen razonables, sólo hay que buscar estacionamiento cerca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les recomiendo que no compren hornos, llevo tres meses que se llevaron mi horno (esta en garantía) para reparación y lo único que se limitan a decirte “es que no ha llegado la refacción”.
Y no compren sus extensiones de garantía por que también es lo mismo.
Espero mi comentario les ayude a decidir.
I recommend that you do not buy ovens, it has been three months since they took my oven (it is under warranty) for repair and the only thing they limit themselves to saying is that the spare part has not arrived.
And do not buy their warranty extensions because it is also the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son muy claros en cuanto a los tiempos de reparación, ya que su calendario laboral es algo diferente, en mi caso tardaron un mes con mi batidora, pero valió totalmente la pena, la dejaron al 100, además de la reparación le dieron servicio (la limpiaron y engrasaron) y parece nueva.
Definitivamente los recomiendo!
They are very clear in terms of repair times, since their work schedule is somewhat different, in my case it took a month with my mixer, but it was totally worth it, they left it at 100, in addition to the repair they gave it service (the cleaned and greased) and looks like new.
I definitely recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre un tostador y dejó de funcionar al año y medio (es un electrodoméstico bastante caro para que eso suceda). Mandé mail a la página para que me digan si aunque sea se puede reparar y jamas recibí una respuesta.
I bought a toaster and it stopped working after a year and a half (it's a pretty expensive appliance for that to happen). I sent an email to the page to tell me if it can even be repaired and I never received a response.
